Moon Landing Writing Competition – The Winners!

At the U3A Astronomy Group presentation celebrating the 1969 Moon Landing the FOPL committee launched a writing competition. It was open to everyone in the Rea Valley area – adults, primary age children and secondary pupils. There was no restriction on what could be written. It could be anything that inspired by that historic event. We had a wonderful number of entries. A huge thank you to everyone who took part and to all those who helped at the presentation ceremony. FOPL are pleased to announce the winners and runners-up.
